Web Governance

February was Black History Month in the United States. My birthday also falls in February and this year I was 46.

I spent most of last month in meetings with Web standards teams as they debated and hammered out drafts of Web standards related to social media, Web records management, 508 accessibility and more.

I'm a sucker for "best of" and "top 10" lists. I enjoy them for the kernels of knowledge that I can file away for future reference.

I’ve had my head down the last few months working on a number of projects. But a couple of days ago, someone sent me an email note that inspired me to stop and write this blog post.
